One month after its introduction, Ghanaian artist Baba Tundey has released a 2026 follow-up to the record “Gangster Love”, titled “GANGSTER LOVE II” with Kwaku DMC, Skyface SDW and Reggie.
Baba Tundey transforms a solo release into a larger Ghanaian project, bringing in voices closely connected to the present day rap and Asakaa scene in Ghana for its second edition.
The song writing credits on the record go to David Toffik, Derrick Brobbey, Solomon Boachie and Reggie Osei. Production is by Mirakilouz Beatz. It was released as a single on 31 July thru RuffTown Records.
The sequel is close enough to the original to feel like a deliberate extension, not a distant homecoming. The record features three rappers, adjusting the scope of the idea but ensuring Baba Tundey remains attached to the song that birthed it.
